Date Night

Gary and I went out for a "date night" on Saturday, and took a few pictures before we left. (Isn't my husband handsome?) We had dinner at a new restaurant in SLO called Panolivo. It had "french cuisine" and was delicious--although I think everything tastes good these days! Then we saw the movie "War of the Worlds." A good movie, but be prepared for a horror flick. We topped off the evening at Cold Stone Creamery--yum!

When I saw these pictures, I thought I barely looked pregnant. But when we got to the restaurant, the first thing our waitress said was, "I see you are expecting a little one. How exciting!" I guess it's pretty obvious these days!

The rest of our weekend was spent getting stuff done. We donated a truck load of stuff to Goodwill (literally), and finally cleaned up our yards. Everything is looking great! Now we need to start working on painting the baby's room, and then getting some baby stuff to fill it back up! One week from today is the ultrasound, and I can't wait!

Get those date nights in. We're realizing, evenings will not be as quiet as they use to. Yeah, one more week! Can't wait to hear the news.
