O Christmas Tree

First of all, the preschool report for Grandma Weyel. :) Lauren missed school on Tuesday because of her cold, but she was able to go back today. I was a little concerned because she was very clingy when we got there and didn't want me to leave. But I was able to go without any tears (from either of us!) and apparently she had a great day! She talked her teacher's ear off, in true Lauren style, and was very happy when Grandma Lillo picked her up. A relief for all of us!In other fun news, we picked out our Christmas tree on Tuesday night and decorated it last night. This Christmas season has been particularly fun because Lauren is old enough to understand and participate in all of our traditions. She liked choosing which tree to cut down and running all over the tree farm. She also enjoyed putting the ornaments up. She would take each ornament out of the box and hand it to Daddy or me to put on the tree. It was a very efficient system. :) We are thanking God for the blessing of this Christmas season and our little family!
