HOT
Remember how I mentioned yesterday about our lovely 70/80 degree weather? Well, according to accuweather.com, it is currently 110 degrees in Los Osos, and it feels more like 115. And I believe it. I don't ever remember being this hot in the 7 years we've lived here. I set up Lauren's wading pool in the little bit of shade we had in our front yard this morning, in an effort to keep us cool. She splashed around in her bathing suit, and I even stood in the water for a while, hoping to cool down. We stayed out there for about half an hour or so, listening to the neighbors' pine trees pop like popcorn. (Is that normal?) When that got too hot, we came inside and Lauren played in a cold bath, since the bathroom seems to be the coolest place in the house. I am actually looking forward to next week, when we're suppose to return to our usual mid-60 degrees!

lol ... that's EXACTLY what we did today! we were out in the front yard in the pool at 9am and we could only hang out for a half hour! it was SOOO hot! and then right after lunch, I plopped the boys in the bath too. they played in their for quite some time. it's 90 degrees inside our house and the kids are pretty much just in their underwear and diaper :). how are you doing preggo mama? keep drinking your water!!
That is HOT for Los Osos! glad you were able to cool off a bit...and that your cool weather is coming back:-)
