...I'm sitting in our backyard, enjoying the beautiful day. Plenty of sunshine, but not too hot; a little breeze, but not too windy. I'm going through my Google Reader list, enjoying all of the blog posts from friends. Lauren is nearby, collecting the limes that dropped on the ground (from the tree that we thought was a lemon tree until about a month ago). She just announced to me, "I picked up, like, SEVENTEEN! Isn't that a lot?" :) I'm listening to Jon on the baby monitor, as he talks and jumps in his bed when he should be napping. (He seems to think one nap a day is plenty now. Unfortunately, that one nap is in the morning, which means he's a grumpy mess by bedtime.) Now I'm hearing him repeatedly blow raspberries and then laugh at himself. He cracks himself up! I'm looking forward to grilled pizza for dinner tonight (one of our favorite new meals this summer), and counting the hours until my sweetie comes home from work. A little slice of life at the Weyel house.

well, my boys are down, hubby's out, and I'm finally sittin' here catchin' up on blogs nursing my cold but sittin' nonetheless). haha. I'm good though! a little fatigued. kinda grumpy. but currently being entertained by your posts :). so, I thank you for taking my mind off the snottage ;).
