Bathroom Remodel

Our master bathroom remodel is finally DONE! We did everything ourselves, 100% DIY, and learned a lot along the way. It was a lot of time and effort, but totally worth it in the end. I'm actually quite proud that we were able to do it all ourselves and complete a bathroom remodel for a relatively small amount of money. Yay us! :)

First, here's a reminder of how the bathroom looked a few months ago. Not horrible, but completely 1986.

We were ready for an update, and that's what we got. Here's how the bathroom looks now!

Isn't it pretty? :) Here's a list of the changes we made:

*Removed old light box, installed new lighting
*Created, painted, and hung a frame around our large existing mirror
*Removed old back splash, installed new tile
*Installed new faucets
*Painted the cabinets (tons of work, but we love the result!)
*Installed new hardware
*Removed the gross, stained carpet and linoleum, installed new flooring
*Replaced the toilet
*Installed new baseboards, did a lot of painting touch-ups and repairs
*Added new towels and accessories
