One of the reasons Lauren has been so much fun lately is that she loves to give hugs. She hugs Mommy and Daddy and any family visitors a lot. But she also wants to hug her friends, as you can see in the picture above. She played with Aidan on Tuesday morning and was constantly chasing after him to give him a hug. Obviously, Aidan wasn't really interested in the hugfest. Lauren also loves to hug her stuffed animals now. The past two mornings, she was hugging her Care Bear when I came in to get her up. (Don't you love her "bed head" hair style?) I hope this phase lasts a long time.
