Okay, so it's not exactly Jon's first haircut, but he HATES having his hair cut (or combed or washed, for that matter) so we have always just cut it at home the best we could. But it had gotten so long that Daddy was finally brave enough to take him to a barber. He got to sit on Dad's lap and watch Elmo on his iPhone while eating a lollipop, plus he had a very understanding woman who cut his hair and she just sort of moved when he moved. All of that together made for a successful first REAL haircut!
