It is just amazing to me how much stuff one little baby needs! We have spent much of the last week planning for our new daughter, and the amount of "necessary" baby gear is a bit overwhelming. I went shopping with my mom on Friday and we found some adorable girl things, now that we know to "think pink." The picture on the bottom is everything our baby girl has collected to wear so far.
On Saturday, Gary and I registered at Target, which really didn't take too long since the baby department at our local store is pretty small. We added to our registry online, and also set up a registry online with Babies R Us. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately for Gary!) the closest Babies R Us store is about two hours away, so the internet is our best connection to "baby central."
In other baby news, the invitations went out today for our Baby Open House in Roseville. Gary and I are so excited to go up north and visit friends and family, so please stop by if you can! And, if you are up in Northern California and don't receive an invitation in the next few days, don't take it personally! :) We probably just didn't have your address, so please send it my way. And a huge thank you to Grandma and Grandpa Weyel for hosting this fun event!!
