Two words you never want to hear: Spinal headache. (You can search for it on WebMD if you really want to know more, but trust me--it's awful.) That's what my mysterious headache ended up being. It is a side effect of the epidural, and meant we were back in the ER this morning. I was a given a blood patch (2 more words you never want to hear). I'll spare you the details but I can tell you it involves being stabbed in the spine repeatedly with a very large needle. Lots of fun.
Anyway, we are all back home again and the good news is that I am starting to feel better. Baby Jonathan is just fine and has been eating constantly. He is a little sweetheart. Please pray for quick recovery for me!!! I really just want to enjoy my new little family and that hasn't been easy so far. If we owe you a phone call or e-mail, just know that we will get back to you as soon as I've recovered. Here's another picture to hold you over. :)

I wondered if that was what your headache was from. I've heard about those and the blood patch. I can imagine the pain. I will definitely be praying for you. I had issues for the first three months so I pray you get back to normal quickly.
