Home Alone

Last week was my first experience as a stay-at-home mother-of-two. Gary was back to work and it was just me and the kids. We had our ups and downs, but we survived it. Jonathan has decided he would rather cry when he is tired than actually go to sleep, so that has made things a bit challenging. And Lauren gets pretty jealous of the attention that baby brother gets when he needs to eat 12 times a day. But thankfully she loves the little guy and only gets upset with mommy. ;)

Here are a few pictures from our first week together. We survived a walk in the beautiful fall weather...We had a tea party for three...Lauren likes to be a pacifier for the baby when he is screaming...The two kids had some playtime together...So far, they get along great! ;)I have so many more pictures to share of Jonathan's first weeks of life, but I'm generally too busy or exhausted to share them. At least this newborn phase is short-lived, and I know we will get back to "normal" soon!
